Ive tried to notify on the street cleaning portal to report a dead animal however, your site is not allowing to recognise the address on the map and due to this unable to submit the information despite multiple attempts. Please do invest in your site it is really not user friendly and makes it difficult to report things or get into contact.

I needed to report a dead fox on Newburgh Road Acton W3 6DQ which needs collection. It is on the end of the road under a car. Had your portal worked I would have submitted it on there.
